iSign is a service of Deaf Aotearoa Holdings Limited.

We collect personal information from you, including:

• your name
• your contact information (e.g. email address, phone number, etc)
• your NHI number only if provided by you or a hospital
• your billing information (e.g. invoicing name, address, etc)
• your preferred and blocked interpreters

We collect your personal information in order to:

• identify who we communicate with in relation to a booking request
• identify who we send invoices to when we have completed a booking

Besides our staff, we may share specific information with:

• subcontracted interpreters

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
